Dotwellabs ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how AnyLLM collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

AnyLLM is designed as a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) universal AI workspace. This means we prioritize local data storage and give you direct control over your AI provider interactions.

A. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored exclusively on your device in a local database or secure vault and is never uploaded to our servers:

• Chat History: Your conversations, prompts, and responses.
• Memory Facts: Key information extracted from your chats to improve future responses.
• API Keys: Your secret keys for various AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, etc.). These are stored in a hardware-encrypted secure vault.
• Model Configurations: Your temperature settings, system prompts, and preferred models.

B. Information Processed by AI Providers

When you send a message, that content (along with any attachments you choose to include) is sent directly to the AI provider you have selected (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).

• BYOK Model: These interactions are governed by your own direct relationship and agreement with that specific provider.
• Data Types: Text prompts, images, or documents attached to the chat.

C. Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to help us understand how users interact with AnyLLM and to improve project stability and performance. This includes:

• Usage Statistics: App launches, screens viewed, and feature engagement.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and general geographic location (country/city level).
• No Personal Content: We do not collect your chat content, API keys, or personal prompts through Analytics.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

AnyLLM integrates with various third-party services. Your data handling by these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

• Ollama (Local/Cloud): Data remains on your local network or is subject to your Ollama cloud configuration.

Infrastructure & Analytics:

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption at Rest: Your API keys are stored using device-level secure storage (Keychain/Keystore).
• No Cloud Sync: Your personal chat data is stored in a local SQLite database and is not synced to AnyLLM servers.

4. User Rights and Choices

• API Key Management: You can add, update, or delete your API keys at any time through the app settings.
• Clear Data: You can delete individual chat sessions or clear all local application data through your device settings.
• Analytics Opt-out: You can manage Analytics data sharing within your system settings or by contacting us.

5. Children's Privacy

AnyLLM is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
